Art Week was full of new experiences for us, including glitter art, clay modelling, and ink printing.  Come into C6 sometime and see all our colourful Maori and Pacific Island Art work on display.  There are lots of photos to see of all the artists at work.

This is what Hana wrote about all her favourite things about Art week:

I  had  an  awesome  time  in  Art  week. My  favourite  thing  was  making  whales.  They  had  koru  patterns  on  the  whales.  We  made  the  koru  patterns  out  of  toothpicks  on  the  whales.  We  made  flowers  out  of  tissue  paper.  We  also  made  jandals.  We  make  quilts  with  paint.  We  put  decorations  on  them.  We  did  ink  kiwis.  We  did  scary  taniwha.  We  made  glittery  koru  patterns.  We  did  jigsaw  puzzles  too.

What  busy  bees  we  were,  C6  Superkids !
